I have used Richard Wyn’s services as a house inspector 4 times when looking to purchase.  On two of these occasions, Richard’s in-depth, extremely detailed reports enabled me to make a decision not to purchase, based on my opinion after reading the report.

After reading Richard’s reports, I have purchased two houses (7 years apart); and in both cases was extremely satisfied that I knew what I needed to know about the condition of each house prior to purchase.

Not one of the 82 “groups” (ie a representative of a party one or more persons) who visited during the marketing campaign sought an alternative Building Inspection Report, which is testament to the comprehensive and thorough report that you prepared and which was made available to all.
