Cheers for the report. Saved me spending 250k on a potential nightmare.
I took the liberty to show the report to my real estate agent as an example of what I thought was a great report. He thought it was the most comprehensive he had seen and stated he would use you in future for his own purchases – so I gave him the 0800 number.
Speaking briefly yesterday also to Harcourts Manager and stating how satisfied I was with the report – she too asked for the contact number for What’s Up (small town, we all know each other and all get on – and will definitely tell how impressed I was with the report).

I wanted to write and pass on our feedback with the amazing help that was provided to us in regards a property we were thinking of buying.
